Keeping Track of Your Goals

Last October, a Goal Sister from Illinois emailed us about a goal tracking system she created:

Hi, Ann and Michelle!

Thank you for writing the book Goal Sisters. I received a copy from my friend Laura Camp who attended one of your Goals Night Out sessions on your Midwestern tour. I began reading the book immediately and have already met some of my goals. (It's amazing how just writing out the wish list turned into small changes that helped!)

I modified an Excel spreadsheet so that I can easier keep track of my goals in each of the categories you recommend. If you like it, feel free to add it to your website. It could be printed out blank and used as a worksheet that way.

Thanks again!
Carrie Carls

We have shared Carrie's spreadsheet with dozens of women. E-mail Michelle if you'd like a FREE copy.
